It was hard for me taking 1 kid along.
Two kids was even harder!!
Three wasn’t harder than two.
Four is hard, but manageable.
Hear this first — our efficiency isn’t what it used to be.
But we’re working our way back to getting the work done.
As for mentally managing having kids along for the ride 24/7, it’s gotten “easier.” For me, it’s been much more of a mental game. Iron sharpens iron and the more I’ve learned to find my footing as we go, the stronger I’ve become.
What’s ironic is I had more help with 1 kid. Our adult to kid ratio was much stronger than it is now.
If there was a gift I could give to new mothers it would be the gift only experience can give. You’ll find your footing. You’ll learn how strong you really are.
Big hugs ❤️ it gets easier and I’m only 5 years and 4 kids in. So I’d love to say, experienced mamas please tell us it continues to get easier or perhaps this is a small respite before we go on the rollercoaster again 😂😂
