How to Transition Farm Kids from Watching to Helping

Second, we’ve been in the “those buttons are for the driver, keep your hands to yourself, no touching, watch from here” mode full force since bringing kids to the farm.

Experienced farm moms — what tips do you have for this transition phase where we’re starting to let them do actual jobs??

Now that we’re entering this new phase where they are able to help and want to be involved more it’s been a new tricky to navigate.

How to help them learn but also not give them too much confidence or the false impression that they can go off and do any of this alone.
