We don’t do screen time and it’s more about me than them.
It started because I was scared I’d use it as a crutch. Scared I would see how it kept their attention so well that I’d reach for it every time it got to be too much.
So I started with no screen time as a limit to myself.
Now I still limit for myself, but also for them. I see that they don’t need it. I see how creative and self-sufficient they can play without it. I see how they find play in their surroundings and don’t need to be given entertainment.

- Viewing a photo
- Checking the weather
